Gerardo Núñez

Bailaora restless, curious and somewhat atypical in flamenco. Its versatility allows it to respond to any challenge and adapt to any type of context, keeping in constant evolution.
After a solid formation in Classical and Spanish Dance, he finds in Flamenco the vehicle for his artistic and personal development. After several years as part of flamenco companies such as Antonio “El Pipa”, Andrés Marín, Javier Barón and the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía directed by Cristina Hoyos, from 2008 onwards she approaches the world of choreographic creation presenting her own shows : “Leoleolé” (2008), “eLe eLe” (2011), “Mosaicos” (2012), “Bitter Orange” (2013) and “Fragile” (2015).
He assiduously also participates in very varied projects, from theater to music of various types (from Flamenco to Baroque, Classical and Contemporary), sharing the creation with other artists. Born: April 16t, 1958 in Halmstad, Sweden. Ulf Wakenius. A jazz guitarist extraordinaire acclaimed and celebrated all over the world. Between 1997 and 2007 Ulf held what may have been the most prestigious spot in jazz for a guitarist: a chair in the Oscar Peterson Quartet.This was the coronation of a career which included many record-breaking moments.Wakenius guitar duo Guitars Unlimited rocked Scandinavia in the early 80s, culminating in the 1985 Melody Grand Prix, which was seen by 600 million viewers, probably the largest audience a jazz guitar duo ever had. Shortly after that Wakenius started a extremely successful and long-lasting collaboration with the legendary bass player Niels-Henning Örsted Pedersen.( NHOP), and both of his duo albums with bass icon Ray Brown, topped the US Jazz Charts.The last few years he’s been touriing the world with the amazing Korean singer Youn Sun Nah.

Indicación: Alameda Theater Municipal scenic space managed by the Institute of Culture and Arts of Seville (ICAS), which is a reference point for the exhibition of children, youth and family theater. Today represents the only space in Andalusia with programming mainly aimed at children. It is located in a building rehabilitated in the mid-80s by the City of Seville. The ship, former workshops of the Maraver Foundry, was adapted for cultural use in 1987. The industrial building was recovered as a scenic space after a work by the architect Ignacio de la Peña Muñoz. In 1992 and 1996 some reforms were also undertaken. It is a set of four naves (one has disappeared) aligned along Calatrava Street.
